Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment.

  • An advance of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour starts.

  • Bookings will be confirmed only upon written communication via email or WhatsApp.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)

  • Cash (with official receipt)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (extra charges may apply)

3. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour services due to any reason, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost

  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost

  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

All cancellations must be informed in writing via email or WhatsApp.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 6 to 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment used for booking.

  • No refund will be given for unused services such as hotel rooms, transportation, meals, or sightseeing.

5. Travel Documents

  • All travelers must carry valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) during the journey.

  • For international tours, valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler.

6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

The Planning Travels acts as a travel planner and facilitator. We are responsible only for services (like hotel bookings, transport, guides, etc.) that are arranged and confirmed by us.

  • If the client chooses to book their own hotels, vehicles, or services, the company will not be responsible for any problems, delays, losses, or inconveniences arising from those self-arranged services.

  • We are also not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, train services, weather delays, natural calamities, strikes, or technical failures) that are beyond our control.

  • The company shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss of baggage, or death during the tour.

Note: Responsibility lies only for services directly arranged through The Planning Travels.

7. Tour Modifications

  • The company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary in the interest of traveler safety or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a service or destination becomes unavailable, a suitable alternative will be provided wherever possible.

8. Hotel Policy

  • Early check-in or late check-out will depend on hotel policy and availability.

  • Additional charges may apply for early check-in/late check-out.

9. Transport Policy

  • Vehicles included in the tour package will be used only for travel and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

  • Extra use of vehicle (beyond the itinerary) will attract additional charges.

  • The type of vehicle (Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller, Bus, etc.) will be confirmed in advance.

10. Code of Conduct

  • All travelers are expected to maintain decent behavior during the tour.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel or terminate the tour of any person causing disturbance, behaving improperly, or violating local laws.
