Welcome to Singapore. Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel & check in. Before checking into the hotel, you can visit the Canopy Bridge at Jewel Changi Airport by buying a ticket. Canopy Bridge at Jewel Changi Airport – “Spread across 14,000 square meters, Canopy Park at Jewel Changi Airport has something for everyone. Slide down the sculptural Discovery Slides and experience the playscape, get lost in the misty wonder of the Foggy Bowls. Stroll through the vibrant Petal Garden and marvel at animal-shaped plants at the Topiary Walk. Note: Ticket for the Canopy Bridge at Jewel Changi Airport included. Timings for this activity are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. “
After breakfast, visit the City Tour and “Enjoy exploring the wonders of Singapore on this guided city tour that will take you through Merlion, Chinatown, Little India, and more. Start the tour with a quick visit to Suntec City where you can see the Fountain of Wealth. Then, head towards the Padang area, followed by a stop at Merlion Park, and take beautiful pictures with the Singapore icon.
After your city tour ends you can continue the Sentosa Tour, Experience the magic of Sentosa with panoramic views, thrilling adventures, and unforgettable moments. As night falls, be mesmerized by the stunning Wings of Time show that lights up the sky with music and special effects.
“Spend the day in the company of majestic animals on your holiday. Start with a visit to Asia’s first and only river-themed wildlife park, River Wonders. Walk through unique exhibits like the Squirrel Monkey Forest and Giant Panda Forest.
After that, “Witness the magnificence of the wild after dark at the world’s first nocturnal wildlife park, Night Safari. After that, in the evening Explore the Singapore Night Out tour that covers Merlion Park, OCBC Light Sound show, River Boat Cruise along Clarke Quay while driving past Raffles Hotel. Schedule: 1800 hrs to 2100 hours
Today after breakfast at your hotel, Check out & proceed to the airport as this fantastic tour comes to an end. Return home with wonderful memories of your tour.

- NOTE: Kindly take a note of prohibited items that are not to be carried in Singapore. At Singapore Immigration all bags will be scanned and checked before customs and immigration. No trolleys or Porters are available at this point & every guest needs to hand carry luggage through Singapore Customs. - All Guests have to fill up a Singapore Landing card via an application called as SG Arrival.
- Visa – Singapore Visas for Indians are usually processed within 3-5 working days post submission.

Documents Required
- 2 passport size photograph of each member traveling (name, age∙ & gender written behind the photograph)
- Photo Copy of Photo ID proof. Original to be brought with self.
- ID Proof: Driving License, Voter Card, Valid Passport
- In the case of Child (below 18 Years) or a couple traveling where there is no ID proof of the wife,∙ a written declaration must be given by the parents / husband. (For some specific areas)

Travel documents
- include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document. (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm a travel and accommodation related arrangement with a service provider.
- Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees.
- All travel documents are non-transferable.
- All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder, some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies between the travel documents and the airline tickets and the booking may be cancelled subject to cancellation charges.
- Please review your travel documentation carefully and advise us immediately of any errors in the details as set out in the Checklist. Any errors in names on your travel documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel.
Booking Policy :

- Total No of Person along with adult sharing the rooms and child with/ without bed.
- Name, age, address, & gender of all guests.

- Advance payment of 30% of total package cost when you book the tour in our bank account.
- Reference No: As soon as we receive a booking request a file no. will be sent to you, please note the same for future correspondence.
- Re-Confirmation: All bookings should be reconfirmed with us minimum 15 days prior to the date along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.
Service Voucher: The client has to carry an “Service Voucher/Booking Receipt/Bill/Ticket” issued by the booking agent/operator and drawn in the name of “The Planning Travels” [email protected]. Please send us the copy of the same at the time of reconfirmation.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation has to be sent to us by email.
Booking day to 30 days – communication charges of Rs.2000.00 per person /As per actual.
- Cancellation Charge 30% of the Package Cost cancelled between 21-30 days before date of check in
- Cancellation Charge 50% of the Package Cost cancelled between 15-20 days before date of check in.
- Cancellation Charge 100% of the Package Cost if cancelled between 10-15 days before the date of check in. The above mentioned cancellation policy will not be applicable during Peak season and blackout dates.
- The 100% retention charge will be applicable during this period AMENDMENT: Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made.

We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on Client’s behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability imposed by the service providers. If you have any issues or problems while travelling, please contact our operation team. The planning travels will not be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of decisions made without prior agreement from your agent. The planning travels will not be liable for any delays/deficiencies of any services such as airlines or other transport facilities.
We always do our best to make sure your holiday arrangements are satisfactory. However, we cannot accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of these service providers, over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of those particular purchased travel arrangements in respect of which claims arise. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. In particular, but without limitation to these conditions, we accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury you suffer as a result of terrorism, war (including civil-war), coup, riot, civil disturbance or any type of criminal act. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to the Client and/or travelers/persons travelling with the Client for any personal injuries, sickness, loss of baggage or denial of visas. In any case, the Company shall not be liable towards any consequential loss, damage or extra costs suffered by the Client for any reasons whatsoever.
The tour guide reserves the right to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reasons etc. Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. In case due to an inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability.
Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible. The region’s prime tourist interest is its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be allowed. There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full whatever may be the reason.
