Itinerary
- This morning visit to THE GOLDEN TEMPLE a central religious place of the Sikhs, but also a symbol of human brotherhood and equality.
- After that visit JALLIANWALA BAGH The Jallianwahla Bagh massacre, also known as the Amritsar massacre, took place on 13 April 1919 when a crowd of nonviolent protesters, along with Baishakhi pilgrims, who had gathered in Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar, Punjab, were fired upon by troops of the British Indian Army under the command of Colonel Reginald Dyer.
- Evening visit WAGHA BORDER The 1947 partition of India and Pakistan led to the marking of a long white line that defines the Wagah Border between the two neighbours, separated by two heavy gates about 2 meters apart on either side. Located at a distance of 28 km from the city of Amritsar.
