- 30+ days before travel: 90% refund (10% deduction)
- 15–29 days before travel: 75% refund (25% deduction)
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund

- All sightseeing and safari timings must be followed as scheduled
- Hotels are subject to availability; if unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided
- No refund will be given for unused services, missed sightseeing, or delays caused by guests
- The itinerary may be altered due to weather, traffic, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances
- Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed during safari trips
- It is advised to carry light luggage, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and personal medication
