- Breakfast at 15/17 mile where you can purchase or rent warm clothes like jackets or boats.
- Return to Gangtok hotel or M.G. road drop by 4 pm.
- Evening free to visit Gangtok market at your own.
(In case of Land slide or any other reason Tshango Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.)
Note: Small car allowed to visit Changu lake and baba mandir only, if you want to visit Nathula pass also you must hire luxury car.

Condition for Nathula Pass
- Nathula permit is created one day before of tour start date and given on tour day around 8 to 9 am. Hence you need to send us scan copy of Photo and Id two days before of Nathula tour date through whats app or email.
- If permit is obtained in the morning and you start for nathula pass and access to nathula pass is closed due to any reasons like landslides, snowfall, Indian – Chinese Army dispute and high level meetings. Then you still have to pay for nathula pass permit charges as it is non refundable / non transferable.

- Sikkim car not allowed to do any sightseeing in Darjeeling, due to two state driver association rule.

About Vehicle
- Exclusive Vehicle:
- Scorpio/Xylo/Innova for 6 persons (including children).
- Maximum of 6 passengers per vehicle, including children.
- If the group size increases, another vehicle will be required at an additional cost.
- Vehicles are not on disposal; they are for the specific itinerary.
- Luxury Vehicle: Scorpio/Xylo/Innova provided as per availability. Please travel light, with one piece of luggage per person.
- AC in luxury vehicles will only operate in plains, not in hills.
- Parking:
- Due to limited parking at most hotels, guests should be ready 5 minutes before departure.
- In no-parking zones, vehicles will be parked at available areas, and guests may need to wait.
About Transfers
- Transfer Timings:
- Transfers from Bagdogra/NJP Railway Station are provided between 06:00 AM and 05:00 PM.
- Travel to hill destinations takes 3-5 hours, so avoid travel after dark.
- In case of late arrivals, we suggest staying at Siliguri at an additional cost.
- Departure transfers from Gangtok/Darjeeling to onward destinations are between 07:00 AM – 08:00 AM or 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM.
- Travel Tips:
- Please maintain timing for sightseeing and transfers.
- The same vehicle might change during the trip. Always check belongings before leaving the vehicle.
- If a sightseeing spot is not covered due to its closing day, extra charges will apply for additional visits.
For changes in sightseeing schedules, inform our executive at least 2 days before; no changes are allowed after that.
About Hotels
- Check-in/Check-out:

- Hotel Facilities:
- Limited facilities (no lifts, hot water supply on time basis, etc.)
- Extra mattress or roll-away bed instead of an extra bed.
- Hotels may not have parking facilities; guests may need to wait for the vehicle to arrive.
- Hotel Availability:
- The operator may rearrange the itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the overall number of days.
- Health Concerns:
- If any guest has health issues (like blood pressure, knee problems, etc.), kindly inform us during booking for special arrangements.
Nathula Pass Information
- Availability: The permit for Nathula Pass is limited. It can be done on the same day as Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (except Mondays).
- Permit Processing:
- Minimum 72 hours’ notice required for permit processing.
- Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department on a rotation basis.
- Indian Army Timing: Nathula is open from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM only.
- Vehicle Type: As per permit availability, vehicles like Scorpio/Xylo/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo will be used.
- Refund Policy:
- If the Nathula Pass is unavailable due to weather conditions, landslides, or road closures, we will refund the supplement after the tour ends.
- If Nathula Pass is granted but the guest cannot visit due to any reason, no refund will be issued.

- Tour Changes: The tour executive reserves the right to make changes or omit visits due to weather, road conditions, strikes, etc.
- Health Considerations: Inform us if the guest has health issues or requires special arrangements.
- Tour Timing: Guests must maintain timing for all sightseeing activities and transfers.
- Sightseeing Adjustments: If a tour spot is closed, we will attempt to reschedule, but it will depend on time availability and weather conditions.

Amendment Rules
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a 2000 communication charges along with hotel charges if any , which will vary from case to case.
